ORGANIZATION PLAN
AND BEACH OPERATIONS:
A) The definition of bathing and non-bathing seasons is indicated and kept updated both at the establishment and on the website.
B) Uses and organization of the beach in the different seasons: The BAGNI STELLA MARINA bathing establishment uses the state-owned area of its concession for the sole purpose of: rental of sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, private cabins, valuables lockers, bar service, kayak rental, pedal boats and a children's play area (the latter service will not be guaranteed during high season), in the number and methods provided in the equipment rental register managed by the Management.
C) The structure organizes human resources as required by the STELLA MARINA module - M07 - Organizational chart.
D) The drinks and food supply business is managed by the same company.
E) Uses and organization of the bathing area: The organization of the structure is described at the establishment, on the website and complies with the following map:
F) Identification, use and organization of access points: in accordance with what is reported in point E).
G) National / local regulations that define the possible uses and conditions in which any activity must be carried out: copies of the municipal and 5 Terre National Park ordinances and regulations of the Harbor Office relating to use are always available in the plant area of the state property area.
H) No specific zoning studies for tourist use have been carried out. The establishment can be used entirely by its customers, the maximum capacity of the establishment is defined and managed by the Management and indicated in the establishment's Sunbeds/Umbrellas and cabins plan.
